A New Name, The Same Commitment to You

After 30 years of caring for patients, I am excited to introduce the next chapter of my practice: Heart & Sole Foot and Ankle.

You may know me and my practice by another name—Podiatric Associates Foot & Ankle. While the name is changing, my commitment to providing exceptional foot and ankle care has not. In many ways, this new name represents something even more personal: who I am as a physician and how I believe healthcare should be delivered.

Why Heart & Sole?

Your feet and ankles carry you through nearly every part of your life. When they hurt, your entire world can feel smaller—walking, exercising, working, traveling, or simply enjoying time with family can become difficult.

I believe treating foot and ankle problems should be about more than addressing a diagnosis. It should be about understanding you.

As a solo physician with 30 years of experience, I have had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients with a wide variety of foot and ankle conditions. That experience has taught me that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.

It starts with listening.

I want to understand what is hurting, how it is affecting your life, what you have already tried, and what you hope to get back to doing. From there, we can work together to develop a personalized plan that makes sense for you.

Advanced Technology, Personalized for You

At Heart & Sole Foot and Ankle, I have invested in advanced technology and innovative services to provide patients with a comprehensive range of treatment options in one convenient setting. By incorporating the latest techniques and technologies into our practice, we can offer personalized treatments designed to reduce pain, support faster recovery, and improve overall outcomes.

Our practice offers:

On-site imaging: allowing for efficient evaluation and diagnosis when imaging is needed.

Laser therapy: needle-free way to ease pain, calm inflammation, and speed healing — right in our office, with no downtime.providing an additional non-invasive treatment option for appropriate conditions.

Regenerative injections: Amniotic tissue injections support your natural repair process for select foot and ankle conditions — real relief, without surgery. when they may be appropriate as part of an individualized treatment plan.

Custom orthotics: designed specifically for your feet to support, improve alignment and function.

Minimal Invasive Surgery in our on-site surgical suite offering : Advanced techniques, smaller incisions, and a faster recovery — so you’re back to walking, working, and living sooner. Many procedures happen right here in our office-based surgical suite, a calmer and more convenient setting than a hospital.

These technologies and services are tools—not the treatment plan itself.

My approach is to use the technology that makes sense for your particular condition and goals. Sometimes the best treatment may be as simple as changing footwear, modifying activity, or using a custom orthotic. Other times, advanced therapies or a surgical procedure may provide the best opportunity for healing.

The important thing is that the treatment is chosen for you, rather than choosing a treatment simply because it is available.

Care Based on What You Need—Not Just What Insurance Covers

Healthcare can sometimes feel like decisions are being made around insurance coverage rather than around the patient.

I believe your care should begin with a different question:

What is the best path to healing and getting you back to health?

That doesn’t mean ignoring the realities of insurance. It means making sure those realities don’t define the conversation.

My goal is to explain your condition, discuss your options, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions about your care. Sometimes the best treatment is conservative. Sometimes it may involve additional testing, therapy, or a procedure. The right answer depends on the individual patient—not simply on what is easiest to authorize.

30 Years of Experience, One Patient at a Time

One of the things I value most about practicing as a solo physician is the opportunity to build a genuine relationship with my patients.

When you come to Heart & Sole Foot and Ankle, you are not simply a diagnosis or an appointment on a schedule. You are a person who deserves to be heard, respected, and cared for.

My 30 years of experience have given me knowledge and perspective. But I believe experience is most valuable when it is combined with something equally important: compassion.

I want my patients to feel comfortable asking questions. I want them to understand their treatment options. And most importantly, I want them to feel that we are working together toward the same goal—helping them heal and return to the activities and life they enjoy.

A New Chapter

The launch of Heart & Sole Foot and Ankle is more than a new website or a new name. It is a reflection of the kind of practice I have always wanted to provide.

A practice where there is time to listen.

A practice where treatment is personalized.

A practice where experience and compassion go hand in hand.

And a practice where the goal is not simply to treat your foot or ankle, but to help you get back to living your life.

Thank you to all of the patients who have trusted me throughout the past 30 years. Your stories, your resilience, and the relationships we have built are a meaningful part of why I continue to love what I do.

I look forward to welcoming you to Heart & Sole Foot and Ankle—where your health, your goals, and your journey to healing are at the heart of your care.
